Role & responsibilities
- Carving Financial Strategy for Organization and finding new sources of Funds
- Suggest System to Improve Risk / Return ratio in Forex Management & Other Risk Areas
- Credit Risk Management
- General Insurance Management
- Formulation of Business Plan for Finance Dept.
- Statutory Compliance
- Providing MIS for business decision
- Design, implement, strengthen and monitor internal controls for accounting.
- Ensuring Liquidity of Funds for Business Requirements.
- Managing Working Capital Cycle
- Strong networking & relations with Bankers, Underwriters, Financial Agencies, Credit Rating Agencies
- Initiating budgeting exercise, preparing cost budgets, compiling of revenue & cost budgets, monitoring & Controlling.
- ERP System Audit & amendments
- Liaison with Government statutory bodies
- Export LC / Import LC / Bank Guarantee Transactions handling
- Customer Credit Worthiness Analysis
- Receivable Management
