Sr.Associate - CMFG

Role & responsibilities

• Allocating monthly sales forecast to various CMFG vendors with delivery schedule along with the packing material
• Delivery follow up with vendors for ordered items
• Coordinate for Statutory printing for export orders with 3P printing unit
• Monitoring RM stock level at CMFG units & its replenishment orders
• Preparation and presenting Weekly, Monthly reports for various meetings
• CAPA implementation & QA audit - NC completion at CMFG units
• Collecting market intelligence on Raw Material
• Should be willing to travel to vendor locations

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience working as a procurement Executive in Spices, rice , food industries

• Attention to detail along with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience working with vendors, suppliers or managing a team of procurement professionals
