Associate Director, Medical Affairs Analytics for an American pharmaceutical

-The Associate Director will be responsible for managing Medical Affairs Analytics execution and delivery team, ensuring the analytics engagement model successfully supports the Medical Affairs organization in making data-driven decisions.

-The Associate Director will be part of a growing and dynamic team of analytics professionals whose main goal is to help our business partners achieve their goals through data analytics enablement.

-The Associate Director is the single point of contact for Medical Affairs analytics delivery focused on specific Business Units or Cross BU level analytics needs.

-This analytics leader will be responsible for ensuring business decisions are backed by data driven insights and recommendations from analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the delivery team to take ownership and deliver best possible outcomes through a data and analytics mindset

- Work closely with the US stakeholders to ensure expansion and penetration of analytics use-cases with Medical Affairs Organization

Required Skills and Expertise:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in an analytical function (BI, data analytics, forecasting etc) supporting Pharma/Lifesciences Commercial ops internally or in consulting, at least 6+ in leading teams
