Summary
Location: Hyderabad
About the role:
Act as the Solution Delivery Manager in the Lean Digital Core (LDC) S/4 Transformation Program, overseeing Business Process Automation and Business Process Mining for Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations.
Collaborate with Global Core Enablement Business and IT leads, as well as Adopt/Country stakeholders, to analyze use cases, evaluate business cases, and design and deliver solutions.
Ensure the stability and integrity of Supplier and APD support operations for LDC Business Process Automation and Process Mining use cases, while meeting customer service levels.

About the Role
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to
- Lead the identification and assessment of business process automation opportunities along with LDC workstreams to improve operational processes within the organization. Responsible to define the technology and tools used in LDC to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through business process automation.
- Create and execute an S/4 centric business process automation strategy that aligns with the LDC goals and objectives. Evaluate the feasibility of use cases, prioritize initiatives, and create a roadmap for implementation by collaborating with stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and ensure that automation solutions meet their needs.
- Organize solution design, development and deployment efforts for business process automation use cases by compiling required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Effective project management skills are crucial to successfully implement business process automation initiatives. Ensure that use cases align with the architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operation of solutions.
- Responsible that solutions meet the requirements outlined in the design documentation. Consider the overall user experience when designing and deploying new solutions and services. Ensure that developed solutions undergo peer review, formal documentation, and business sign-off.
- Responsible that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Initiate solution testing strategy to ensure that solutions meet quality standards. Evolves standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery through supplier partners. Authorize service handover and lead the go-live authorization discussions with the other work streams.
- Responsible that all business process automation release and deployment packages can be tracked, tested, verified and backed out (if required). Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customers.Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope.
- Establishes the concept for monitoring the performance of automated processes and measuring the impact of business process automation initiatives by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Present regular reports and presentations for LDC workstreams and LDC LT, providing insights on the benefits achieved and recommending further improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Functional experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4 business processes through implementation or functional support. Knowledgeable in SAP master data, transactions and tables.
- Strong Experience in designing, deploying and operating SAP business process automations in Finance, Procurement, Commercial and/or Operations, preferably with SAP Build Process Automation. Know how on other leading Automation Tools that can be leveraged for SAP process automation
- Experience in assessing and identifying suitable automation approach.
- Experience in management of IT solution delivery, and methodologies, superior communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge of business process automation in context of SAP ECC and/or S/4 functional business processes.
- Extensive experience with Agile tools and techniques.
- Project / Program Management experience
- Conceptual knowledge on Process Mining and respective solution Celonis will be an advantage
