Role & responsibilities

• QE Leadership: Lead and manage QR teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Testing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement testing strategies for automation, functional, regression, performance, and security testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Cloud & Security Testing: Oversee testing in cloud environments, implement security test strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements in automation frameworks, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Team Management: Foster a high-performance QE team, developing talent, and guiding them through challenges.
• QA Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track QA KPIs and prepare detailed reports and dashboards to monitor quality outcomes.
• Cost Reduction & Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to reduce testing costs and mitigate risks, focusing on product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Innovation & Solutions: Drive innovation within the QA process, adopting new tools, technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Compliance & Governance: Develop and manage quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and conducting internal audits.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to address complex challenges and enhance business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14+ years of experience in QE, with extensive leadership in managing multiple QA teams.
• Proven expertise in Automation Testing, Functional, Non-Functional (Performance, Security), and Cloud Environment Testing.
• Strong technical knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (API Automation, Selenium, JIRA, QTP, JMeter, Burp Suite, etc.).
• Experience in defining testing strategies, security test frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a focus on execution and program QA leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric with a focus on addressing customer issues and improving product quality.
