Deal origination:

• Assist seniors in marketing, pitching ideas / tailored financial solutions to clients
• Maintain close relationship with the clients (including day-to-day interactions for execution)
• Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities

Deal execution:

• Preparation of credit paper and other related materials for any proposal
• Manage execution process: preparation / review of financial models, credit approvals (including internal memos and applications), structuring and negotiation of Term Sheet, documentation (in co-ordination with internal and / or external legal counsel) and disbursement.
• Liaise with various internal, external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms etc.) and clients as necessary
• Maintaining relationship and co-ordination with various departments for smooth execution of transactions.
• Understand and assist Team in meeting internal compliance requirements.

Experience required:

• MBA or CA (first attempt)
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• At least 2-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project finance / structured finance with experience in credit writing
• Work experience in the energy and/or infrastructure sector. Experience in renewables will be viewed favourably
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
• Ability to build financial models from scratch
