Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Sales Manager- Residential Sales with 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry. The role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. Candidates must have a strong background in channel sales management, an extensive partner network, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

1.Channel Partner Identification and Onboarding.

2.Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to ensure their success. 3.Networking and Relationship Building.

4.Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and optimize channel sales strategies. 5.Performance Metrics and Improvement.

6.Design and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing initiatives, and payout structures.

7. Maintain and update an active channel partner database daily, ensuring efficient onboarding and engagement.
