1. Tutor

Job Description:

• Assist senior faculty members in teaching undergraduate courses.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and assist in laboratory sessions.

• Participate in academic and administrative activities of the department.

Qualification:

• B.Sc Nursing: M.Sc Nursing OR B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 1-year clinical experience
• Preference for candidates with teaching experience or clinical exposure.

2. Assistant Professor

Job Description:

• Deliver lectures and practical training for undergraduate students.
• Develop course curriculum, study materials, and academic resources.
• Supervise student research projects, internships, and field training.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and academic evaluations.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and university initiatives.
• Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.

Qualification:

• Pharmacy: M.Pharm (First Class) in relevant specialization. GPAT/Ph.D. preferred.
• B.Sc Radiology: M.Sc in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology with teaching/research experience.
• B.Sc OTAT: M.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology / Anaesthesia Technology with teaching/clinical experience.
• B.Sc Nursing: M.Sc Nursing with at least 1 year of teaching experience. Preference for Ph.D. candidates.

3. Associate Professor

Job Description:

• Lead academic programs, curriculum design, and quality enhancement.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate research projects.
• Publish research papers, secure grants, and contribute to academic publications.
• Guide junior faculty members and tutors in academic development.
• Serve on university committees and contribute to institutional development.

Qualification:

• Pharmacy: Ph.D. in Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of teaching/research/industry experience & M.Pharma.
• B.Sc Radiology: Ph.D. (Preferred) or M.Sc in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology with at least 8 years of experience.
• B.Sc OTAT: Ph.D. (Preferred) or M.Sc in Operation Theatre / Anaesthesia Technology with 8+ years of experience.
• B.Sc Nursing: Ph.D. in Nursing OR M.Sc Nursing with at least 8 years of teaching/research experience.

4. Professor (Senior-Level Faculty Position)

Job Description:

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the department.
• Design and implement innovative teaching and research methodologies.
• Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate students in research activities.
• Lead faculty development, accreditation, and institutional collaborations.
• Publish high-impact research, secure grants, and foster industry partnerships.
• Serve in senior university committees and contribute to policy-making.

Qualification:

• Pharmacy: Ph.D. in Pharmacy with at least 10 years of academic/research/industry experience.
• B.Sc Radiology: Ph.D. in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology with a strong research and academic background.
• B.Sc OTAT: Ph.D. in Operation Theatre / Anaesthesia Technology with extensive teaching and research experience.
• B.Sc Nursing: Ph.D. in Nursing with at least 10 years of academic and research experience.
