Job Description

Qualification:

Ph.D in Environmental Microbiology / Bioinformatics / Agriculture or any related discipline with a rresearch focus in soil ecology, microbial diversity and metagenomics.

Required Experience:

Experience in NGS data analysis, sequence alignment tools, phylogenetic tree drawing tools, structure visualization, and structure drawing/ prediction tools. Ability to handle algorithms, tools and software in bioinformatics and conduct statistical analysis of ecological data.

Demonstrated excellence in research and teaching as evidenced by scholarly publications.
