Preferred candidate profile

• Must be M.Sc. Statistics/ Biostatics and Ph.D. - Statistics/ biostatics

• Additionally, the applicant should possess proficiency in statistical software and tools(SPSS/ MINITAB / STATA / JMP) .

Job roles & Responsibilities:

• Exhibit effective communication skills and be able to collaborate with other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects.
• A track record of publishing research in reputable journals and experience in securing research funding will be considered an asset.
• Should also demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and the ability to design and deliver engaging curriculum that fosters student learning.
• Experience in mentoring students and guiding research projects will be highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
• The selected candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop innovative teaching materials, and assess student performance effectively. Opportunities for professional development and collaboration on research initiatives will be provided.
