Assistant Officer - Stores - Food Technologist - Nellore

Role & responsibilities

1. Having knowledge of all the Food Products.
2. Maintaining General store, Housekeeping store, Maintenance dept. store.
3. Purchase the required materials in local market and liaisoning with local vendors.
4. Raising indent of materials to Head Office daily.
5. To be present at Receiving Area to record inward of material from Vendors.
6. All Material checking process at Receiving Area against invoice along with the concerned dept.
7. All Perishable Material GRN Process will be conducted at Stores along with Barcodes with the approval of Chef.
8. Supervise and ensure All Perishable Material has been shifted directly to Kitchen and outlets from receiving Area.
9. All Branded items will be received as per the norms of the Chef requirement.
10. Non-Branded items will be approved by the Chef based on the quality by cooking, if any variation in quality the same will be rejected to the vendor by vendor return process.
11. Dispatching of material as per requisition received from respective department.
12. Restricted time as per schedule will be adopted for the dispatch.
13. Ensure All received Material are shifted to respective Stores from receiving Area.
14. Monitoring of All Food Ingredients Expiry dates.
15. Monitoring of All Physical Stock and Software stock inventory's are tallying.
16. Monitoring of Inventory Minimum Stock Levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with Degree in Food Technology, having minimum 1-2 years Experience in star hotels/restaurants, having good computer knowledge.

1-2 years and above
