Job Responsibilities
Generating leads through the internet, references, and directories.
Convincing customers on product technical and commercial details via mail, call, and
through personal visits and creating a data bank of customers for each product.
Updating the visit report in NetSuite Software.
Sharing the dispatch details with customers.
Follow up with customers for requirements till order confirmation.
Sending proposals and conducting trials at customers premises.
Resolving all technical queries of the customer and keeping reporting head updated about
challenges faced and changes to be made in the product as per clients requirements.
Taking orders and converting leads into potential customers.
Responsible for handling the existing accounts and generating new accounts.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and payment collection.
Coordination between different functional departments for timely execution of business orders and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Daily Sales Activities:
Making sales tour plans
Visiting Customers on the field
Making sales calls and client meetings
Giving samples for the trials.
Making Tour reports.
Preparing:
Visit Reports
Presentation
Maintaining and building a client database
Attending and Participating in Exhibitions:
Participating in events and exhibitions
Assisting and coordinating with Sales Team for participating in exhibitions
Assisting G.M & HODs in branding and promotion activities
