Assistant Manager - Merchandising (Auto- Replenishment System)

The role of Assistant Manager requires the management of the day-to-day ARS (AIR/AER) process, purchasing operation effectively and efficiently and ensuring the quality management of stock, deliveries, and relationship with suppliers.

• Monthly and annually maintaining the OTB
• Managing the end-to-end ARS process for Liquor and Confectionery
• Making PO and compliance on supply chain
• Ensuring on shelf availability of stock more than 95% at any given point of time
• Manging timely promotions and linking it to the ARS ordering
• Mater data and ROP management

Role & responsibilities

A. Reporting

• Develop ARS purchasing reports to drive the monthly OTB manual and AER from system till business stabilizes.
• Prepare reports on the businesses Key Performance Indicators as per the company standard

B. ARS

• Coordinate with merchandisers and buyers (Internal and external to address their queries
• Track the daily AIR/AER runs and related activities.
• Managing and maintaining replenishment sales profile
• Coordinate and support on control reports
• Collate ROP across the related categories and prepare final ROP and share post discussing with buyers and manager to MDM
• Keep a close check and monitor MBQ levels, update where required post approvals
• Prepare and share final replenishment journals
• Maintain effective OSA as per plan
• Keep a close watch and adhere to system AIR TOs, Curtail manual TOs
• Update vendor cards
• Have detailed understanding of ARS set ups and new modules added as and when

Experience

• 5 - 7 Years of progressively responsible Retail Management experience
• Currently Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive of multi-million turnover business
