Job Description

What will you do
- Client Relationship Management Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency representatives through regular interactions and problem-solving
- Proactive Communication Anticipate client concerns and queries and address them promptly, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty
- Team Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identifying and leveraging internal expertise to deliver effective solutions. Liasioning with PRS CS/M team to build solutions tailored to specific client needs
- Market Insights Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Customized Solutions Collaborate with various teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Operational Excellence Manage the end-to-end deal process, ensuring seamless coordination with the operations team
- Revenue Achievement Take ownership of meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets
- Feedback and Improvement Drive post-sales evaluations and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with internal teams
- Client Satisfaction Uphold a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and solutions
Who should apply
- Candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant work experience working with LCS Clients
- Individuals with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically to address client challenges
- Candidates with a proven track record in key account management or a related client-facing role
- Market-savvy individual with a keen eye for market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
