Assistant Manager - OSP

Role & responsibilities

- PO Creation, arranging vehicle through logistics and sending materials to outside for processing like machining, fabrication, HT and special process.

- Responsible for supplier selection with existing source and developing new suppliers (If capacity constrain with existing supplier / for new requirement)

- Responsible for regular follow ups / process wise monitoring and inwarding materials to meet SGL production plan (OTD)

- OSP Cost reduction - considering the existing prices/ costing price/ estimation price / negotiation skills

- Responsible for supplier audit / maintaining proper documents for stock/ pending orders. Ensure timely moving the bills to finance / payments to suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Gear motor manufacturing company/ heavy engineering company who has handled outsourcing process of Machining, Fabrication, Heat Treatment & other special processes like Coating/ plating.
