- Very good experience with Fusion Risk Management application - BCM Module
- Data entry, review and reconciliation
- Assist with creation, review and approval of procedure documentation and spreadsheets
- Ensure documentation aligned across various drives and SharePoint
- Manage and action queries from users through the central team inbox
- Support the onboarding process of users to the BCM tool
- Transition, train and respond to users globally
- Timely updating and management of data in the BCM tool
- Ensure BCM lifecycle compliance and liaise with users of the BCM tool
- Test aspects of the BCM tool prior to release
- Support global BCM team with creation and production of reports
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to support the global team
