Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - MF Ops - RT Collection

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to handle Mutual Fund collections & pay-out activities.
• Preparation of cash flows from various sources & bank accounts and passing necessary system entries.
• To co-ordinate with Banks for all banking related activities and ensuring timely settlement of funds.
• To co-ordinate with Registrar & Transfer Agent (R&T), branches and other stakeholders for reporting of cashflows and transaction processing and resolution of queries.
• To follow-up with service providers for timely deliverables and verification of the same.
• Handling reconciliation of accounts and co-ordination with service providers and resolution of variances.
• Monitoring and handling ETF schemes collections and redemption transactions.
• Assisting in automation of processes.

Essential Skills Required

• Knowledge of Mutual Fund Registrar & Transfer Agent (R&T) functioning and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective oral & written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office viz. Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude and self motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong Analytical and Automation Skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Two to Three years of experience in Mutual Fund and Banking Operations at AMC.
• Graduate in any stream/Professional accounting and finance degree.
• Understanding of RTA processes, regulatory framework and guidelines.
