Job Description
- Responsible for checking quality of raw materials at site and at gate as per the frequency decided.
- Handle all quality issues with project management.
- Responsible for mix design of concrete and conducting trials for same.
- Responsible for testing of properties of fresh and hardened concrete at site.
- Responsible for sample collection for testing and approvals.
- Responsible for maintaining QC Lab and equipment in conforming condition.
- Responsible for checking of methodology statement with respect to specification / IS codes.
- Monitoring day to day activity pertaining to quality in consultation with coordination with Site In-charge.
- Responsible for vendor prequalification for various building materials like RMC, Concrete blocks, Bricks, Door frames, Fine and Coarse Aggregates etc.
- Responsible for maintaining records relating to testing data, preparation of reports and submittals to client or consultant.
- Conducting Physical (field) as well as Lab. Test of material on site like,Cement,Steel,Bricks & Other Finishing Items etc..
- Prepare Monthly Work & Material Inspection Report .

Can't remember anything RN, will update once I recollect.
Everything, where should I start from. No ownership amongst TLs, only they act as a puppet of the management. Management is like a blood sucking leech. Canteen is worst, serving unhealthy food. Too much Heirarchy sustem.
