Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Influencer Relationship Management: ○ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key inuencers, negotiating contracts and partnerships. ○ Oversee the onboarding process for new inuencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.

Content Strategy and Development: ○ Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with inuencers. ○ Drive innovation in content formats and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: ○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. ○ Continuously rene inuencer selection criteria and content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and product development to align inuencer initiatives with broader business objectives. ○ Lead cross-functional projects to integrate inuencer marketing into overall brand campaigns and initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development: ○ Manage and mentor a team of inuencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success. ○ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the inuencer marketing team.

Budget Management: ○ Develop and manage inuencer marketing budgets, ensuring ecient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. ○ Track expenses and campaign costs, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
