Position: Sr. Team Member/Ass. Manager MIS

Location: Gurgaon, India

• Analysis of data, including reconciliation and monitoring of the data collected.
• Work with the MIS team members to maintain the data precision.
• Produce the periodic (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc.) reports using MIS for effective program management.
• Oversee data import & export to/from various formats and create information visuals as needed by program teams.
• Build the capacities of the project field staff for effectively collecting, compiling and sharing of the program data to the head office.
• Undertake periodic data quality assessment to ensure data accuracy and to monitor progress of the program.
• Support the program teams in conducting program reviews and develop program presentations and reports.
• Undertake other tasks as reasonably required from time to time.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Skills

Efficient on XL Advance, especially following functions including lookup and pivot tables,

Able to download data from ODK tools like Kobocollect

Experience:

3 Yrs in similar role, ensuring good speed on the XL.
