Minimum Education Requirement-Bachelors degree in mechanical or Instrumentation

Experience (In Years) -10 - 12 Yrs

a. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
b. Understanding of industry standards and regulations
c. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
d. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions
e.Negotiation and persuasive skills
f. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
g.Ability to obtain and share the Market Intelligence to better the company's chances to secure the order with better commercials
H.Ability to Identify projects, must wins (Project /MRO), Ability to drive the must win cases to their logical ends
