Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, exit process, performance appraisal, onboarding, induction program, payroll processing, and grievance handling.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  
• Handle employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of HR operations.
