Assistant Manager / Manager - Legal

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to independently interact and liaise with all the external agencies and internal customers, and attend to all documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To peruse title documents, investigate title to properties including administering title requisitions, and advise on all title related issues
• To prepare, settle and finalize all documentation relating to acquisition and disposal of properties, including MOU, Development/ Purchase Agreements, Joint Development & Joint Venture Agreements, Re-development Agreements, Project Management Agreements, Share Purchase/ Transfer Documents, Shareholders Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Title Declarations & Indemnities, Transfer Documents (including Conveyance & Lease documents), Mortgage Documents, TDR Purchase/Sale Documents, Amenity Spaces Documents, Guarantees, Flat Sale Agreements under MOFA, Leave & License Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, General Indemnities, Partnership Documents, Public Notices, etc.
• To handle all correspondence and notices with all external agencies
• To advise on legal queries, problems and strategies
• To be well versed with RERA and its compliance
