Assistant Manager - ME in Blade Production

Role and Responsibility:

• Conceptual and preliminary designs of large wind turbine blade, including moulds and support structures.
• Design and development of tools, jigs, fixture and support structures using SOLIDWORKS.
• Vendor development for manufacturing and effective implementation of same in prototype and serial blade production.
• Lead blade operational support and engineering for process optimization
• Completion of project with targeted quality, cost & quantity
• Continual Improvement

Candidate Must have skills:

• Should knowledge of blade mold installation
• Knowledge of Development of Jig & Fixtures.
• Good knowledge of Auto CAD/Sold Edge & Solidwork Software
• Knowledge of mold manufacturing process
• General knowledge about fabrication and welding process

This role involves a mix of technical, coordination, and project management tasks to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of moulds and production processes.
