Assistant Manager - Traffic Planner ( Special Forces - Army/navy etc.)

• Job Purpose :

1. Developing and implementing security & traffic controlling policies, protocols and procedures.
2. Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
3. Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards.

• Job Accountabilities :

1. Implement security & traffic controlling policies, protocols and procedures
2. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
3. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
4. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
5. Plan and coordinate internal / external traffic movement operations
6. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
7. Review reports on incidents and breaches
8. Resolve issues related to traffic movements
9. Create reports for management on traffic movement status
10. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

• Educational Qualifications :

1. Graduate / Post graduate from a reputed institute.
2. Ex defense background will be more preferable
3. 03-12 years exp. in manufacturing industry
