The Candidate must have rich profile in NDT testing like Welding inspection, Radiography inspection, FPI, MPI, Eddy current testing. Knowledge of Mechanical drawings, equipment, metrology, Dimensional inspection of Mechanical components.°Knowledge of NAS410, EN4179 radiography standards. Knowledge of QMS/EMS standards ISO9000, ISO14000, AS9100. Knowledge of AERB requirements for managing & maintaining NDT X-ray facility.°

They have good projects. Exposure to clients.

Dislikes

Managers are rude especially IDC department. No proper team to execute projects. Senior Managers have 0 tech skills, Just talk rubbish. No work life balance, you can be called any time 24*7 work Even Saturday Sundays in IDC department. literally no work life balance. People have too much ego issues. No job security. No appraisals on time. Bad HR policies.
