Role & responsibilities

1. Formulate manufacturing strategies to enhance production and reduce costs.

2. Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure productivity and quality standards.

3. Adjust and monitor production schedules to guarantee timely deliveries.

4. Apply lean practices to boost operational efficiency.

5. ldentify and address production bottlenecks.

6. Ensure that all products comply with quality standards.

7. Collaborate with quality assurance teams on control systems.

8. Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. Over 2 years of experience in the mechanical manufacturing or sheet metal industry.

3. Proficient in processes, tools, and materials.

4. Background in lean manufacturing practices.

5. Knowledgeable in CAD/CAM and SAP software.

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
