Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - PPIC

We've a requirement for experienced candidates at Hyderabad (Dulapally) location.

Department: PPIC

Experience: 6-8 Years

The below are the responsibilities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop, monitor, and manage production schedules for formulation manufacturing, ensuring alignment with market demand and inventory levels.

• Inventory Control: Oversee and manage raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

• Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and production processes.

• Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging components, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

• Cost Optimization: Identify areas for cost reduction within production and inventory management processes while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Compliance: Ensure that all production activities align with regulatory guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, improve production efficiency, and ensure adherence to the planned schedule.

• Reporting: Generate periodic reports on production performance, inventory levels, and stock movements for management review.

• Strong understanding of formulation manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in production planning and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
