Job Description
Contact Center Operations:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the contact center to ensure efficient and effective member support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the execution and management of loyalty programs to drive member engagement and retention.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Need Identification and Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis to identify member needs and preferences.
- Utilize data insights to tailor loyalty programs and services to meet member expectations.
- Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance member experience.
- Ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new technologies.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to enhance program offerings.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to contact center staff to ensure high-quality member interactions.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of loyalty programs and contact center operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management, loyalty programs, or customer experience roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving member satisfaction and program success.
