Your Position.

The People & Culture team are helping to find, grow and keep the amazing talent at Adventus.io.

As the People & Culture Specialist, you'll be an advocate of our culture and values, partnering and supporting our teams to maximize the potential of our people by enabling individuals to thrive, grow and achieve their lifes best work.

Your Backstory.

8-10 yrs HR experience and knowledge to back it up in a fast-paced environment.

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.

Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of our companys international HR strategies.

Create HR programs and policies and ensure they are successfully implemented and adhered to in all the branches of the company.

Ensure HR strategies, plans, and programs, are in accordance with international employment laws and regulations.

Supervise and lead our corporate HR staff and provide advice, support, and leadership to HR teams in various branches of the company.

Counsel senior team members about HR-related matters.

Verbal and Written communication is a strength youre good at letting people know whats going on and keeping calm and focused to ensure traction is maintained.

You love to work in a busy and fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with ambiguity to create process and efficiencies.

Create onboarding programs and processes for new hires.

Handle communications with global HR team members.

Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster employee engagement, and drive talent management strategies.

Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives globally.

A proven track record in successfully building strong relationships, you take a collaborative approach to how you work with everyone.

Experience of dealing with and influencing others up to senior leadership level.

Hands on experience with a HRIS System.

Great attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise documentation.

Your Contribution.

Working alongside the People & Culture Managers to update and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Partner with leaders and team members as an effective business-enabler to create value-add through effectively planned and deployed people management practices.

Building a culture of inclusion and accountability, reinforcing our values and vision.

Manage the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding leveraging systems and teams, ensuring all process run optimally.

Be the custodian of your designated country / region re culture, policies, and practices and constantly re-evaluate and update based on industry trends and practices.

Act as the advocate for leading the talent management and development plans for business units with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building skills and capabilities of the workforce, and ensuring succession strength.

Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e g, performance management and total rewards).

Manage the performance review framework, processes and resources including providing input into the design and implementation of our new performance system.

Proactively look at how we reward and recognize our people and implement initiatives to drive the right results, behavior and culture.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment at Adventus.io.

This position is office based, and position holder should be willing to work on alternate Saturdays in response to the needs of the business and the position.

You will be provided with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the role.
