Job Description

Take full responsibility of managing Motor Third Party Claims investigations which includes allocation of cases to the external vendors, follow up for the reports and QC of the investigation reports

Manage all queries related to Motor Third party claims investigation cases and laise with the external vendors and the Motor litigation team for quick resolution

Ensure to get the investigation reports in the prescribed TAT

To maintain and improve the quality in investigation reports from the vendors

To provide proactive assistance to the Motor Litigation team to achieve customer delight and high-level customer satisfaction for the insured and internal stakeholders

Must work efficiently on set goals and work to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the stakeholders.

To handle vendor management and get the SLAs and documents from the vendors for empanelment/trainings etc.

Just the 2 days week off... But then again.... It's just for name sake for people on team lead or manager role or higher...

Dislikes

Everything... It used to be a good place to work with great manager and culture... Few changes has caused everything to crumble.. micromanagement, unfulfilled promises, no promotion to deserving people.. the list goes on.... They dont belive in retaining good employees... But believer in replacements.... They make you work and never recognise your hard work...
