Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - Mahajan & Aibara LLP

Looking For : Experience : 5 + years of experience into Internal Audit

(Working knowledge into Manufacturing /Pharma/Real Estate/Retail/Hospitality/Health Care/Service/Media/Technology and others).

Role & Responsiblities For:

• Conduct internal audits, process audits, and risk advisory services for clients across various industries.

• Audit Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with organizational goals and risk assessment.

• Risk Assessment : Identifying , assess and pritoritize risks through continuous and monitoring and analysis of business process.

• Audit Execution: Lead audit engagement from planning through fieldwork, reporting, and follow -up, ensuring adherence to established timelines and objectives.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarzing findings, risk exposure, and recommendation for improvement, present findings to senior management and the audit committee.

• Process Improvemen: Collaborate with department to develop action plans based on audit findings, driving process improvements and control enhancements.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, conduct follow - up audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.

• Training and Developement : Provide training and support to staff regarding internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.
