Roles & Responsibilities:
1. On boarding
• Do the joining formalities (Cross check all the documents of the New Joiner & help the
Candidate to fill all the forms in the joining kit)
• Setting up biometric for new joiners
• Releasing appointment letter
• Filing personal documents and joining docket - Personnel file
• Allotment of ID, visiting card, etc.
• Employee SPOC for hospitalization & accident insurance policy
• Bank account opening.
2. Attendance & Time management
• Pulling attendance on daily basis from biometric
• Tallying attendance and regularizing in excel after regular follow-up with employee.
3. Leave Management
• Feeding in manual leaves when not applied beforehand
• Follow-up with the concerned employees & HODs for necessary leave documents.
• Salary processing related
• Sharing of attendance sheet to accounts for salary release
• Sharing salary slips with the employees on monthly basis.
4. Employee Database
• Maintaining and updating employee CTC and non CTC data base.
• Helpdesk portal
• Updating data on HR helpdesk portal - Birthday, extension list, Headcount, resignation and new joiner details.
5. Compliance (Statutory & ISO)
• ISO audit documentation and co-ordination with factory
• Register maintenance as advised by Statutory consultant
• Sharing PF & ESIC calculation of applicable employees to accounts
• Co-coordinating with the ESIC Consultant on ESIC challan generation
• On-premise compliance responsibility.
6. HRMS
• Portal Development & Management along with the HR team.
7. Exit Formalities
Sharing the Exit related forms with the exiting employee and explain him/her the exit formalities at appropriate time before exit.
8. Others
• Maintain all employee records and files
• Payment Signing Approval
• Letterhead & envelope count check and re-ordering
• Managing calls in absence of Executive Assistant of Management
• Hotel and train booking for employees' official travel as and when required
• HR mass mailing
• Assist AGM HR in implementing new process, documents and forms
• Assist Executive Assistant for follow-up with vendor, factory employees & marketing team and Exhibition related work
Skill required:
• Should have atleast 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be aware of the IRCTC portal and other online travel applications
• Should be well versed with Advance Excel
• Should be good in coordination.
Experience:
• Minimum 4 to 6 Years.
