- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per IND AS standards.
- Compliance and Standards -Stay updated on changes in IND AS and implement necessary updates in financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate accounting policies.
- Internal Controls - Maintain robust internal control systems to ensure data integrity and prevent errors.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
- Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and streamline R2R operations.
- Leverage automation tools and ERP systems to optimize workflows.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IND AS-related queries and training.
Skill Set Required:
Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, preferably in R2R roles or has experience in Big 4
- Strong expertise in IND AS, including implementation and compliance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of automation tools is a plus
