- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Network with industry professionals to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Sales Process & Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Develop and implement sales tools and resources, such as CRM systems, sales presentations, and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales progress regularly.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Development & Training: Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Encourage innovation and creativity within the sales team.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
