Role & responsibilities

Experience :- Minimum 15 years of experience is essential in manufacturing of L.T. & H.T. cables,

• Sufficient knowledge and implementation of IMS,QMS,EMS, & HSE.

• Adequate SAP Knowledge & its implementation in day to day functioning,

• Best Leadership qualities to lead the department,

• Instant hand to resolve the regular production issues as well as spontaneous issues.

• Production monitoring and Analysis of Gaps,

• To maintain timely delivery commitments,

• Good communication skills with all concerned departments,

• Good control of raw materials, machines, processes and manpower,

• Good hand on WIP, Inventory control, Stock activities and to achieve Plant's Input/Output ratio.,

• Efficiently controlling and reducing the scrap levels,

• Control of NSL & Holdups and

• Ensure smooth functioning of all production related activities.

• To efficiently handle the Vendors and relevant Service providers
