Assistant General Manager - Advertisement

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a meticulous Advertising and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As an Advertising Professional at Sakshi Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in our advertising operations. You will collaborate closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to create and execute innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Satisfaction:

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Agency Coordination and Campaign Management:

• Coordinate with advertising agencies to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Along with the business, its more important to collect the agencies dues in time (within approved credit period)

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the advertising team.
• Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback for professional development.

Financial Management and Budget Oversight:

• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to achieve favorable terms.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular reports on advertising performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Market Engagement and Business Development:

• Conduct market visits, attend industry events, and network to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate advertising strategies with overall business objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with advertising campaigns and client engagements.

Preferred candidate:

• Any Bachelor's degree , PG in Marketing, Advertising is also preferred.
• 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in advertising and marketing, with a focus on print media.
• Proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of print media trends, audience demographics, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
