Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Management:
- Oversee the design coordination and project control for multiple projects, including commercial buildings, townships, and infrastructure facilities.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Design & Consultancy Collaboration:
- Work closely with top management, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and liaison consultants during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Approval & Compliance:
- Coordinate and assist in obtaining all necessary statutory approvals and permits for projects.
- Attend design review meetings and ensure successful conclusion and approval of designs.
- Deliverables & Quality Control:
- Deliver Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and other necessary documents to project sites.
- Conduct monthly site visits, perform quality checks, and approve work progress for contractors and project teams.
- Material & Sample Finalization:
- Oversee mock-up approvals and finalize samples and materials for projects.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Guide and assist project teams, including QS, QC, purchase, accounts, finance, legal, and other internal and external consultants.
- Ensure the smooth execution of managements vision and project objectives.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Act as a solution provider, addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Civil or Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 15-20 Years of experience in design coordination and project management within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
