Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Management of shop drawings
- Provide MEP scheduling inputs for master programme
- Tracking weekly progress of schedule and preparing forecast schedules
- Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment
- Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes
- Manage interfaces on site between MEP contractors and other trade contractors
- Managing and planning site logitics
Required Education & Skills:
- BE (Electrical)
- Very good hands-on knowledge of electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing works works
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in the building construction industry in a similar managerial MEP position
