The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Qualifications: - Bachelor s or equivalent degree with majors in Accounts and Finance preferred
- 2-3 years of business experience and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software)
- Software Tally Prime
- Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
- Maintaining bills, payments, receipts and vouchers.
- Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
- Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
- Assisting in processing balance sheets, Income statements and other financial statements.
- Filing GST and TDS returns.
- Coordination with internal team and Vendors.
- Updating internal systems with internal data.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Preparation of Management Reports
- All other general accounting work on a day-to-day basis
- Handle documentation with accuracy
