Leadership and Administration:

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school, ensuring a culture of academic excellence, inclusivity, and positive student behavior.
Oversee all school operations, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, staff management, and student services.
Develop and implement the school?s educational goals, objectives, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with district standards and policies.
Ensure the school?s environment promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of all students.
Lead staff in implementing best practices in teaching, curriculum development, and assessment.
Curriculum and Instruction:

Supervise and evaluate the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the school?s curriculum and educational programs.
Work with teachers and department heads to ensure that teaching strategies are effective and aligned with current educational standards.
Foster an atmosphere of academic excellence by supporting continuous professional development for teaching staff.
Review student performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to address learning gaps.
Student Development and Support:

Monitor student progress and wellbeing, providing leadership on student discipline, safety, and health.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, addressing bullying, mental health concerns, and other issues that affect student wellbeing.
Develop and oversee school-wide programs for student development, including special education, gifted programs, and extracurricular activities.
Foster strong relationships with students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
