Business Development Manager (Branded Jewellery)

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with corporate objectives and drive business results
• Manage daily operations and activities of the Sales Team
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Uphold brand standards for product knowledge and selling processes
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall Sales Team performance
• Collaborate with team members and factory to ensure smooth operations

Supporting ad-hoc duties as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree or above in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 3 years or above of experience with related jewellery sales experience
• Prior experience in Branded Jewellery Company is preferred
• Holding a valid International driving license is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements
• Well organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible and customer-focused
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
