Key Responsibilities :

Audit Execution and Compliance:

- Plan and execute audits within the defined time limits, ensuring strict adherence to established guidelines and standards.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards throughout the audit process.

Audit Issue Management:

- Identify root causes and assess the financial impact of audit findings.

- Provide clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for the resolution of audit issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper closure of identified issues.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations from planning to final deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for audits.

Client Management:

- Independently handle 2-3 clients at any given time, maintaining strong professional relationships.

- Deliver audit findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner through presentations and written reports.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Take ownership of audit engagements, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience : 3-12 years of post-qualification experience in auditing or a related field.

Skills :

- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage clients independently.

- Exceptional presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.

- Dynamic approach to problem-solving and project management.

- Preferred Skills for Manager and Above Level:

- For candidates applying for Manager and above positions, additional responsibilities include:

- Taking ownership of end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and ensuring deliverables

meet client expectations.

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
