Telecaller - Media (0-2 yrs)

We are seeking two dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in the Media Industry.

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience in the media industry.

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering media-related products or services.

- Engage with leads, assess their needs, and provide accurate information about our offerings.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

- Build and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

- Record customer interactions and update the CRM system with details.

- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and generate leads through effective calls.

- Handle follow-up calls and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and strategies.
