Databricks Technical Architect - Presales (5-8 yrs)

Role : Databricks Technical Architect - Pre-Sales with Generative AI Expertise.

Exp : 6+ Years.

Location : Remote (India).

Availability : Must be available until noon PST to collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience working in a data engineering or solutions architect role, with significant experience in AI/ML solutioning.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks, including solution architecture, machine learning, and Generative AI integrations.

- Proven track record of delivering -Generative AI solutions, such as implementing LLMs, chatbots, or AI-driven automation tools.

- Experience in a pre-sales role with the ability to effectively communicate the value of AI and Databricks.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Databricks architecture, Spark, Delta Lake, and data lake house concepts, with a strong understanding of AI/ML workflows.

- Experience with Generative AI technologies, such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar language models, for tasks like text generation, summarization, and fine-tuning.

- Hands-on expertise in building and deploying data and AI pipelines, including experience with Python/Scala, SQL, and integrating AI models into data processing workflows.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially in deploying Databricks and -AI/ML models-.

- Experience with Mosaic ML, Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing, and tools for managing Generative AI data governance is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey the potential and business impact of -Generative AI- and Databricks solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams across global regions and time zones, ensuring client success and collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative AI-based solutions.

- Ability to influence decision-makers and help drive deals to closure through technical thought leadership.

Work Hours :

- Flexible schedule with required availability until noon PST to coordinate with global teams.

- Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours calls to meet client demands, especially for AI/ML-related engagements.
