Designation : Senior Engineer
Experience Required : 6 to 10 Years
Job Location : Ahmedabad, Bengaluru
Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri)
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Technical responsibilities:
Requirement Understanding and requirement writing
Effort Estimate
Architecting Embedded systems
Design and develop Embedded systems based on customer needs
Reviewing designs and source code
Troubleshooting / problem solving
On Time Delivery
Quality Deliverables
Other responsibilities:
Effective Customer Communication (email/phone call/chat)
Customer Front facing
Bringing value addition for Customer
Defining Technical training
Fit for Onsite Assignment
Team handling capacity
Area of expertise
Experience in Embedded C C++
Experience in Bare metal programming as well as RTOS(i.e. FreeRTOS)
Experience with various MCU peripherals like ADC, DAC, PWM, Capture-Compare, Timers, DMA, etc
Experience with algorithms for controlling high-power transistors like IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc.
Understanding of signal conditioning circuits and other power electronics-related hardware components
Experience on Motor control theory and algorithms, such as PID control, FOC, or sensor less control.
Ability to analyse and resolve complex motor control issues related to noise, stability, and performance, ability to optimize timing, handle interrupts, and implement synchronization mechanisms for precise motor control.
Experience in testing and debugging motor control systems, utilizing HIL testing, JTAG/SWD debuggers, oscilloscopes, and other relevant tools
Experience with communication protocols commonly used in motor control systems, such as Modbus, Ether CAT, CAN, or Ethernet/IP.
Experience in using simulation tools for motor control analysis and validation, such as MATLAB/Simulink or similar software is a good to have skill.
Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to motor control applications, such as Motor Industry Software Reliability Association (MISRA), IEC 61508(Functional Safety of Electrical / Electronic / Programmable Electronic Safety-related Systems), or UL 61800-5-1 (adjustable speed power drive systems).
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Debugging skills and hands on with coding and tool usage
Skills Required:
Direct customer (US or Europe based) interaction will be added advantage
Write high quality, efficient, extensible, and maintainable code in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Participate in feature and designs discussions within and across teams
Evangelize and inform with well-written design documents and conduct peer-reviews
Review code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and debug the hardest problems live on some of the most innovative IoT devices.
Education Criteria:
B.E. / B.Tech - Electronics, Electronics Communication, Computer engineering
