We are seeking a Backend Developer with expertise in Python and FastAPI ⚡ to develop, maintain, and optimize the backend systems of our platform. This role involves designing scalable APIs, managing infrastructure, and ensuring top-notch system performance and security. Collaborate closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development
• Develop and maintain backend using Python & FastAPI.
• Build & optimize APIs for seamless platform functions.
• Design efficient database schemas & queries.
• Ensure system reliability & minimize downtime.
• Manage API versioning for backward compatibility.
2. Real-Time Features
• Implement socket events & real-time updates.
• Develop scalable real-time data solutions.
3. Testing & Optimization
• Create & execute test cases for reliability.
• Conduct performance testing & optimize resources.
• Integrate monitoring tools for system health.
4. Security & Compliance
• Apply security best practices & encryption.
• Monitor vulnerabilities & protect sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR or similar standards.
5. Collaboration & Support
• Work with frontend developers for API integration.
• Assist in DevOps tasks (deployment & server management).
• Support AI integration for backend compatibility.
6. Documentation & AI Integration
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
• Manage AI model APIs & data pipelines.

🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications 🎯

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Python-based frameworks, with a minimum of 1 year specifically working with FastAPI.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and database management (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Real-Time Systems: Familiarity with implementing socket events or similar real-time features.
• Testing: Experience in automated testing and debugging.
• Scalability: Knowledge of designing scalable backend systems.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services for hosting and storage (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
• Security: Strong understanding of security principles and practices for backend systems.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
