Autocad Draughtsman

Role & responsibilities Earthing and lightning protection system design as per IEC 62305 & NFC-17-102

• Developing product designs from scratch.
• Presenting rough design drafts for team approval.
• Ensuring designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Generating Solid and Surface CAD models of the products using AutoCAD software.
• Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
• Presenting various design perspectives for installation improvements and adaptations.
• Finalising AutoCAD generated design
• Presenting design to clients.
• Completing job reports.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in engineering, EEE / ECE / CIVIL

• Previous work experience as an AutoCAD drafter.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering, and architecture.
• Knowledge of earthing and lightning protection system will be added advantage.
• Excellent technical design skills.
• Good communication skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to coordinate with technical team / sales team / client team and complete the project on time.
