Content Writer based at Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Write compelling CRM copy for a variety of channels, including email campaigns, newsletters,

SMS messages, and automated workflows.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice, tone, and

objectives.

Optimize copy for different customer segments, ensuring personalization and relevance.

Develop persuasive subject lines, CTAs, and copy that encourage open rates, click-through

rates, and overall engagement.

Analyze the performance of CRM copy, including open rates, conversion rates, and customer

feedback, to continuously improve content.

Ensure copy is in line with industry best practices and CRM strategies.

Edit and proofread copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on CRM, email marketing, or

direct response writing.

• Ability to write persuasive and engaging copy that drives customer actions.
• Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies for customer

engagement.
