Oracle Netsuite Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and customization of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions for Finance.
• Work with clients to gather and document business requirements and configure Oracle NetSuite ERP to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of the system with business processes.
• Provide post-implementation support, assist with data migration, and conduct user training.
• Create functional documentation, including requirement gathering, cutover planning, and UAT sessions.
• Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions for Finance.
• Analyze client requirements and configure Oracle NetSuite ERP to meet complex financial needs.
• Oversee cutover planning, data migration, and manage UAT sessions

Requirements

• Expertise in Financial Processes: Strong understanding of accounting, Indian GST, revenue recognition, banking, inventory management, work orders, and assemblies.
• Customer Service & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Functional Documentation: Ability to prepare functional documentation, including requirement gathering, cutover planning, data migration, pre-validation and validation sessions, and UAT.
• ERP Configuration: Hands-on experience with configuring workflows, searches, and reports in Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced Knowledge of Financial Processes: Expertise in accounting, Indian GST, revenue recognition, banking, inventory management, work orders, and assemblies.
• Project Management: Ability to lead cutover planning, data migration, and manage UAT sessions.
• Customer Service & Communication: Strong client management and team communication skills.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations in finance and accounting.
• ERP Configuration: Extensive experience in configuring workflows, searches, and reports in Oracle NetSuite.
• Functional Documentation: Experience in preparing functional documentation, including requirement gathering, post-implementation support, and UAT management.
